Bizarre.ĮDIT: I think I found the problem and how to repeat it: It now has the same issue as before when I try to relaunch it. Played for roughly an hour or so, then quit the game. Upon booting up today, I clicked play and the game actually ran. Reinstalling the Framework did nothing, and restarting didn't help either. exe runs and continues to run, Steam considers me as in-game, but nothing else actually happens.
